The Anti-Discrimination Cell (ADC) of PSF College is established in accordance with UGC and NAAC guidelines to ensure a discrimination-free academic environment.
Objectives

- To create awareness about constitutional rights

About the Anti-Ragging Committee
The Anti-Ragging Committee of PSF College is constituted in accordance with the guidelines of the University Grants Commission (UGC) to prevent, prohibit, and eliminate the menace of ragging in all its forms. The Committee ensures a safe, secure, and disciplined campus environment for students.
Objectives
- To prevent ragging in any form within the campus
- To create awareness about the consequences of ragging
- To ensure a safe and fear-free learning environment
- To address complaints promptly and impartially
Functions
- Monitoring and supervising anti-ragging measures on campus
- Conducting awareness programmes and orientation sessions
- Displaying anti-ragging notices and helpline information
- Taking strict action against offenders as per UGC norms
